Release of Lien or Payoff Demand

**Courtesy Notice to Escrow/Title Company Associates**

In an effort to prepare for the upcoming holidays, East Valley Water District would like to provide you with this courtesy notice about the District’s holiday closure. District Offices will be closed between Wednesday, December 24, 2025 and Thursday, January 1, 2026 and will be unavailable to process demand requests during that time.

We understand the demands of year-end activities and would like to minimize any inconveniences. To help us better assist you, please fax (909) 784-0285 or email collections@eastvalleywater.gov all demand requests needing to be processed by year-end, no later than Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Please be sure to attach a copy of the lien(s) and include your mailing address on printed letterhead, if possible. Each request is processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. All requests must include sufficient information in order to be processed.

All payments received after Friday, December 19, 2025, will not be processed until we return on Friday, January 2, 2026.
